Return Policy

Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Hommetree.com. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before making a return or refund request.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Due to the size and nature of our products, we only accept returns or refunds under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.
  • The return is requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • The product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect (we will verify with photos/video evidence).


Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or personalized furniture.
  • Assembled, used, or damaged items (unless due to shipping or manufacturer defect).
  • Clearance or final-sale items (marked as non-refundable).


2. Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us

Email service@hommetree.com or call 626-262-0270 within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Include:

  • Order number
  • Product name & photos/video of the issue
  • Reason for return

Step 2: Approval & Return Authorization

  • Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days.
  • If approved, we’ll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
  • Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

Step 3: Return Shipping

  • Customer-Paid Returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).
  • Large Furniture Pickup: We may arrange a pickup service (fees may apply).
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.



3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved Refunds: Processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Store Credit: Option available if preferred.
  • Damaged/Defective Items: Full refund or replacement (shipping fees covered by us).



4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges for the same item (different color/size) are subject to availability.
  • Shipping fees for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless the exchange is due to our error.



5. Delivery Refusals & Cancellations

  • If you refuse delivery, you will be responsible for return shipping fees (up to 30% restocking fee may apply).
  • Orders canceled before shipment receive a full refund.



6. Warranty Claims

  • We offer a  year warranty against manufacturing defects. Contact us for warranty claims beyond the return window.
