FAQ

In general, your item should ship within 1-2 business days and should be delivered to you within 6 business days of your order. Please know this timeframe does not apply to Oversized items, custom made items, and others as indicated on the product page.
You may cancel your order any time before the order has been processed (usually within 60 minutes) in your MyAccount page by clicking the Cancel Order button. After the order has been processed, the Cancel Order button will be removed, and we cannot cancel the order. You may submit a cancellation request via your MyAccount page after the order has been processed using the Request Cancellation button, however please be aware that these are not guaranteed.
If the package is shipped and it is on the way, please contact the carrier to correct the delivery address. If the package hasn’t shipped, please feel free to contact us with your new delivery address. Email : service@hommetree.com
It's better to take a video of the packaging when you receive the goods. If there’s something missing, please contact our customer service with relevant photos and we will send you the missing parts.
If you still haven’t been received it, please write to us via service@hommetree.com with the order number and we will resolve it for you.
